Herpes, HPV, and the Vaginal Microbiome: Oh My!

Back by popular demand, it's time to teach one of my favorite classes of all again.

Of all the topics I get asked about, Herpes, HPV, and Vaginal Microbiome questions come up the most. Furthermore, they are some of the topics around which there is the most misinformation and stigma. Knowledge is power.

This class will discuss HSV 1 and 2, the viruses that cause herpes lesions of the mouth and genitals, HPV which can cause warts and be a contributing factor to various types of cancer, and the vaginal microbiome including BV (Bacterial vaginosis) and yeast infections. We will discuss general concepts, prevention, testing, and other important concerns on these topics.

Note about class cost: $10-15 suggested donation. Sliding scale. No one will be denied entry to the class for inability to pay.
